How to wear the Serola Sacroiliac Support Belt:
- Wrap the belt across the sides of your hips
- Adjust location up or down until support is felt
- Bring straps to the front and fasten.
- Pull side straps and secure to the desired compression level.

The Serola Belt Extender is also the perfect solution for pregnant women to extend the size of their Serola Belt as their belly grows during the later stages of pregnancy.
Washing Instructions:
Wash in cold water only using a gentle cycle or hand wash. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry.
