One boot, and it fits either foot. The sole is rigid with a rocker shape, so the forefoot is not asked to bend as you walk, and the square toe is cut deep enough to close over a dressing or a cast. Darco's sizing card in the photos says to measure the injured foot with dressings on, rather than going by the shoe size you usually take.
