Refunds Policy – Podiatrist Brunswick
We strive to offer quality care and respectful service at all times. If you’re not satisfied with a service or purchase, please review the refund guidelines below to understand your options.
1. Services Delivered by Independent Practitioners
All podiatrists practising at Podiatrist Brunswick operate their own independent businesses. Each practitioner is responsible for managing their own appointments, fees, and refund policies.
If you have concerns about a treatment or service, please contact your podiatrist directly. Our administrative staff cannot process refunds for services delivered by independent health practitioners.
2. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
To ensure fair access to appointment times, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Each podiatrist may have their own cancellation policy, which you can confirm when booking.
Missed appointments or cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in a fee or forfeiture of any prepaid amount.
3. Refunds for Products
Refunds are available for physical products such as foot care items, supports, or orthotic accessories under the following conditions:
-
The item is unused and returned in its original packaging
-
The return is made within 7 days of purchase
-
You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
We are unable to offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after purchase, or returned outside of the 7-day window unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We may request photos or ask you to return the item so that a refund or replacement can be processed in accordance with your rights under consumer law.
5. Digital Products and Gift Vouchers
Refunds are not available for gift vouchers, downloadable items, or digital resources unless required by law. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
6. Refunds Issued at Discretion
In rare situations, a discretionary refund may be offered if we believe it is appropriate. If you feel there has been a misunderstanding or issue, we encourage you to speak with your podiatrist or contact our support staff. We aim to handle all concerns fairly and respectfully.
7. How to Request a Refund
For concerns related to a specific treatment or service, please contact your practitioner directly. If you’re unsure who to speak with or need further assistance, feel free to contact us via the Contact Page or by calling (03) 9089 7569.
