Our commitment

Our commitment to you

This is what you can expect from an appointment here, regardless of what brought you in.

1. You get the time

A first appointment runs about 30 minutes and most of it is assessment. Nobody here is worked through on a conveyor, if a presentation needs longer to understand, it gets longer.

2. You get an explanation first

Your podiatrist tells you what they found and what they think is going on, in plain language, before any treatment happens. If something is not clear, ask, that is what the appointment is for.

3. You are never pressured to continue

There is no package to sign up to, no set number of visits, and no sales script. If podiatry is not helping, you should hear that from your podiatrist rather than work it out for yourself.

4. You will be told if this is not the right place

Your podiatrist screens before treating and will decline rather than proceed. Where specialist care is the next step, you get a detailed letter outlining the findings and recommendations, including the specialist best suited to your needs.

5. You know the cost before you book

Every consultation fee and item code is published on the fees page. HICAPS is on site, so you claim at the desk and pay only the gap.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your experience during a consultation, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of your appointment. Tell us inside that window and the fee for that appointment is refunded. You do not need to put it in writing or make a case for it.

It covers the quality of the service and your experience at the clinic. It does not cover individual health outcomes, and it does not cover the cost of any products, supplements or testing recommended as part of your plan. The full terms are in our refunds policy.

What this does not promise

Everything above is about how care is delivered, the time, the explanation, the absence of pressure, the honesty about whether we are the right people. None of it is a promise about a clinical result.

No practitioner can guarantee a specific outcome. How a presentation responds depends on what it is, how long it has been going on, your general health, and what happens between appointments, and outcomes genuinely vary between people with what looks like the same problem.

If something is not right

Tell us. Your podiatrist would rather hear that an appointment did not land, that an exercise is not working, or that you are not seeing what you expected, all three change what happens next, and none of them is awkward to raise. Where you would rather speak to someone other than the appointment you had, call reception and say so.

Our refunds policy sets out cancellation terms and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
